Sweet & Sour Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ pounds of ground chuck
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/3 cup Italian breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon liquid garlic
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup lemon juice
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • 8-ounce can water chestnuts, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon COLGIN WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

In large bowl combine all the ingredients. Shape into 1¼-inch meatballs and fry in a skillet over low heat until done.
