Chicken & Corn Chowder

Ingredients

  • 1 cup diced cooked chicken
  • 1/4 cup onions, chopped
  • 8 ounces whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1/4 cup celery, chopped
  • 1/2 cup carrots, shredded
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 1-2 drops Colgin Worcestershire Sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

In skillet melt butter, add onions and celery. Simmer until done. In a soup pot combine broth, chicken, carrots, onions, celery, Worcestershire, corn, salt and pepper. Simmer on low heat 20-30 minutes. Add heavy cream and white wine. Simmer 5 minutes.
